Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🚨 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Full Refunds: Granted for eligible returned items.
- Partial Refunds: May apply if the item is not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and final sale items.
Exchanges

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped, making it ineligible for cancellation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
